HOUSE RULES

Restricted to two (2) guests only. This is a historic property on a septic system and we do not permit parties, additional guests, family gatherings or events at the cabin or on the property as the fragile infrastructure cannot handle it. We monitor this very closely and encourage our guests to use nearby Camp Creek State Forest with adequate shelters and bathrooms if planning a gathering.

 

Our house rules include:

No hunting, shooting of guns, no ATVs or dirt bikes allowed on property.

No Smoking, No Vaping, No Pets are allowed

No illegal drugs are allowed.

River access, hiking, and outside activity is at your own risk. River can be accessed from the barn area.

 

Other homes on or near the property are off limits to guests (including river access from those properties). This includes their yard and fence surrounding their property.

 

We offer our property to registered guests ONLY, limit of 2. Exceptions only with permission of host.

We ask that our home be left as found, in a neat and orderly condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

​

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
